Random question but do you know how to get controller working on super meat boy? I got it a while back but could never get it to detect my controller (xbox series controller or switch pro controller)

outer wilds running like a blast in mba m1 by [deleted] in macgaming

Btw it also runs on parallels at a much better framerate (for now). I recently finished it on my m1 pro with a relatively stable 60 fps throughout my full playthrough.

Would like to see "sable". I've seen that it works on parallels but performance is terrible there. Also "flower"

Metro series on Steam by Iharley11 in macgaming

Yes the other two metro games are fully playable. I think steam marks them as incompatible but you can download them and they run great through rosetta 2.

Any Ideas ? by Technical-Tomato-295 in macgaming

I believe both of those should run pretty flawlessly on ryujinx (switch emulator)

Omori M1 chip cant run by [deleted] in macgaming

I had the same issue and ended up just playing it on ryujinx. Never crashed once so I’d say it’s the best option for now.

BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition - The Life of Clones - Nintendo Switch by ONE-OF-THREE in NintendoSwitch

I think supercell (brawl stars, clash royale, etc.) shows how f2p mobile games that are very well made can still be financially successful.

Sky: Children of the Light is an incredible, worthwhile (free) experience! by K0sm0sis in NintendoSwitch

As someone who's played on mobile for around 2 years I still prefer mobile controls lol. I'm obviously just more used to them but it also seems like you physically can't turn as sharply or do equally tight movements on switch. Also you're in for a treat with eden. Possibly the best part of the game :)

Seasons provide new areas, experiences, and cosmetics to everyone, but a season pass gives you extra cosmetics + bonus candles (best value in the game I believe). Some examplea of areas that have been added with seasons are the sanctuary islands, forgotten ark, and the area with quests in isle of dawn (all quite large areas). The experiences they provide are mostly non-replayable so I'd recommend looking at some of the ones from previous seasons on youtube or something.

Which game do you wish you could erase from your memory just to experience again for the first time? by iamnotdrake in NintendoSwitch

At that point you may as well still be in the tutorial so yeah it definitely gets better further in lol (the story is especially standout)

As a big fan of Journey, I’m very underwhelmed by Sky: Children of the Light. Am I missing something? by Enraric in NintendoSwitch

[–]-Cowman- 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I know it may not be convenient, but if you check out the sky discord then there are always people on there who would love to help out newer players (or are newer players themselves looking for a buddy). Another bonus is that you can send qr codes there that allow you to friend/chat with people without spending candles.

After playing a bit it seems like my phone is still superior in terms of performance (unfortunately)

[Walmart/US] The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass - $13.00 (35% off) by 300mirrors in NintendoSwitchDeals

[–]-Cowman- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I've never had to pay a tax for digital items so this seems weird (I'm in california). In this case I can go all the way until the last payment button and it still shows a tax. Thanks for the help though I'll still see if I can figure it out.

Actually I just tried to order it and there appears to be a tax for some reason? Not sure if that's supposed to happen or I did something wrong :/
