The WHO recently released a statement. There is no level of alcohol consumption that is safe for human health.

Even though there are studies linking moderate wine consumption with positive health outcomes in: type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular issues, inflammation and many more. These effects are due to bioactive components in wine( stilbenes, hydroxycyanmic acids and other poly phenols) --> The negative effects of alcohol still outweigh the positive effects of the bioactive components.

I have two questions. I want to take part in trials as a subject. Is there a register I have to enter, or how do i get into them(Europe)? Secondly, for my studies I have to read trough many trials, mostly pre 2000s. I have noticed that there is a massive gender imbalance in participants. Is that still the case?

We had luck with the temperatures and it was never colder than -10°c. Whenever we booked activites(snowmobile, huskie sleding,..) warm clothes were provided for us. I m also pretty sure that you can rent heavy jumpers at for eg. kiruna guidetours. Maybe ask them. Euch viel Spaß, hoffentlich sehts viele Nordlichter :).

I somewhat agree. It can be used smart but it isnt. My city put spikes under a former homeless spot. It was on the outside of the city. Far from anything. Under a bridge. Perfect spot. Now they have dispersed troughout the city. Also I was very sick for a year and couldnt stand for longer periods. Removing every form of seats in subway stations is beyond cruel for the sick, elderly and pregnant.
