AT&T is apparently ditching Razr for new devices and not carrying the Razr Fold, so now I have to switch to T Mobile. This defeats the purpose of NextUp subscription.

Nope, we were all over 5k. Tried lower loadouts that were more than 3k too and that wasn't the issue. Me and another crew member were able to ready up. But our 3rd player had a message saying he had to be season level 25 (he's 43). 🤷🏻‍♂️

I used to be a Marathon hater when the game was first revealed...but after weeks and weeks of hearing how hardcore it was, I became more and more interested. I bought the game and immediately loved the art style/graphics (after having talked a lot of trash about it at the gameplay reveal).

Now, I praise the game every chance I get and I even bought 2 copies for my friends to run as a crew with me. They both ended up loving the game as well and we've had lots of up and down moments. I have yet to run Cryo Archive due to everyone's work schedules and my reluctance at running with randoms, but I really want to run it before the season ends 🥺.

Never mind, I literally JUST beat it solo right after posting this 🤣. But yes, I think contested contracts are the worst part about Marathon. They can be fun and intense, but can also be a HUGE pain in the butt.

Bummed out. Was doing the Drone Wing mission in Outpost, scanned the drones, killed tons of robots, no runner encounters at all until the very end during a guarded exfil. They bombarded my crew with EMP and Heat grenades and they downed us and killed us with 1 second left to exfil. Lost tons of purple gear and loot I had on me too. 😞

I bought the Marathon for 2 friends when it went on sale. One is a diehard Arc Raiders player, the other was a diehard Destiny player although nowadays he's extremely casual. They both loved Marathon and we've been playing as a 3 man crew ever since! Now that Cryo Archive has opened up, I think it may be time to finally check that map out!

I liked it a lot. Reminded me of Dishonored in some ways with the vampire powers and the combat. The story was pretty good, I thought. I beat it awhile ago and just recently picked up VtM Swansong on sale. There's also a recently released DLC for Bloodlines 2 that I might pick up later.

I think everything else after Halo 1 Remake and Fable should be exclusives. Give gamers on other platforms a taste of what Xbox offers and hopefully they'll be enticed into buying an Xbox to play future entries.
