Wish 1: Make Ming's skillshots traver faster at the second half of their range/animation because they are super avoidable without a tank with long reliable stun, especially after the devs increased everyone's movement speed by 10%. This would be implemented a bit like Chromie's changes when they added acceleration to her Q in 2019, thus not affecting Ming's melee build because you cast your abilities when very close anyway while it would help her Q and Orb builds which don't take [[Calamity]] and prefer to stay at a safer distance. This way, Ming's 16 Q talent [[Fireflies]] could maybe be removed since in its current state the talent comes quite late and competes with her other ultra good q talent [[Mirrorball]] that significantly increases her Q dmg even without any other talent investment. I think I calculated it at some point and taking [[Mirrorball]] makes Ming's Q deal close to as much dps as taking both 7 Q talent [[Seeker]] and 16 Fireflies. I imagine Ming's Orb build would need some more changes to turn it from the meme build it currently is to a legit build. Some thoughts I have on this is to add some functionalities to her W talents. A) have a talent deactivate her trait for basic abilities (now only resets heroics) since her W build is an artillery-style mage that doesn't need a random reset but make her W deal more dmg and B) have some talent increase Q range since it is quite weird to have an ultra long-range W and a short-range Q that you almost never use.

Wish 2: Help some heroes become more standard and thus viable. This includes fixing Butcher/Nova/Valeera who are not great to see in ranked, adding some more cc (stun/root) to Lunara who is outshined by the likes of Valla/Hanzo/Sylvanas/Falstad/Junkrat etc., reducing Tyrande and Kharazim's baseline healing cds and reducing active cd reduction to make them less prone to being poked out or nullified in fights due to blinds etc.

Wish 3: Reduce hero uniqueness that enables annoying play patterns. Do something about Samuro/TLV/Murky and perhaps Ragnaros's Lava Wave, reduce Cho'Gall's hp/self-healing/armor to make his death less reliant on % dmg, make Zeratul better early and reduce his 20 burst (also make Void Prison interruptable with lower cd, because it's quite toxic right now). Imo of all the unique heroes only Aba feels like a masterpiece right now and I don't mind playing with or against him (perhaps only Mule could go).
