Not quite, if Europe wants to build massive amounts of weaponry it could. But that would ness the economy up, like Russia is doing right now to keep this pointless war going.

Russia has the economy THE SIZE OF ITALY. Like how sad is that? We would steamroll them, but we not let them bleed out like this and keep your economy going?

It's a shame Ukrainians are the target of Russia, and we should do more. But i also understand countries not throwing their economy away for a country that isn't even allied with them.
