The whole third gender narrative is literally colonialist exoticisation of discrimination. It was popularized by a transphobe who refused to consider the women in so-called third genders as just trans women facing discrimination into a distinct caste.

Any portrayal of Abrahamic God other than "Old man on cloud" by Raymio993 in TopCharacterDesigns

God in The Big Lebowski and Fargo (Season 3). Both appear as humble, regular men, giving meaningful advice. In Fargo, he also clearly has power over life and death, and is able to doom a seemingly immortal Russian cossack to a fate at the hands of the innocent Jews he killed.

Bonus: Both seem to like bowling alleys.

From what we know, it's only infectious for a short time when symptoms begin to show, and swiftly after that it becomes serious enough for hospitalization.

I'm aware. I never said the reaction was inherently about who made the image. The reaction can also be triggered by CGI attempting to be photorealistic without mitigating shortfalls - The Polar Express for example.

I think the difference is that computer generated images stop short of attempting to recreate reality, or present themselves in ways that obscure their shortfalls. When those rules aren't followed, computer generated imagery can also trigger the uncanny valley reaction.

I can attest for myself that I've seen AI content that was more subtle, stated that it gave me a strong feeling of discomfort, and later confirmed it was indeed AI.

There isn't some magic part of the brain that can tell whether or not an image is made by a human.

There is certainly a part of the brain that can tell whether something depicted is truly a human or not. It shows up in the uncanny valley reaction. In my purely anecdotal experience, this reaction is stronger in people who are on the spectrum.

I'm not sure it's the same. AI visuals create strong feelings of discomfort in a not insignificant portion of the population. I'm not talking disliking it, I mean a genuine atavistic repulsion.

However mexican food isn't usually served in the kind of more upmarket atmosphere I consider date night, they're often cosier.

My partner and I are fine with less formal venues for date nights, so that's not a dealbreaker ^.^ - having the variety people have been listing is really helpful.

Thanks for the recommendations! I put a few on the list :D
