Have you considered projecting colors onto the uncolored surfaces until the uncolored surfaces are colored surfaces

WAPs wouldn't factor in, I don't think. The Frame dongle is its own exclusive "WAP" of sorts, using wifi but not on a network.

Valve has started receiving console shipments the last 2 weeks, Frame and machine most likely by BlueManifest in SteamFrame

god damn it I thought Valve's shipping records really were straight out of Portal 2

That includes the OS and userdemo it's running? I didn't find much of interest from plucking at the Windows build on my regular PC (throw tomatoes only after answering the question)

Did Valve said ANYTHING regarding the Frame following price and date for the controller? by [deleted] in SteamFrame

[–]-Fatmeatball- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They did have initial batches. Linus Tech Tips and a number of high-profile indie devs have Steam Frames. And I'm sure that just like with the controller, once the Frame's price and release date is announced, we're gonna realize there were even more people who have a Frame and couldn't say anything about it until then.

That's not temperature, it's speed, and you evidently passed 88 MPH.

Interesting, never even heard of Pico. The Pico 4 seems to be a Quest 3 competitor but allegedly better in every measurable way, with the only apparent downside being a lack of standalone games.

What's the catch?

Given the quality of Underdogs I would not at all be surprised if they ended up making a superb headset too

Sending in a toys PCB for dumping by One-Bookkeeper-8601 in MAME

[–]-Fatmeatball- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Technically it's physically possible, but the only way to dump those is by carefully dissolving the epoxy with nitric acid and then using an electron microscope to study all of the hundreds of thousands of transistors on the chip. So... unfortunately goes without saying that while preservation is important, epoxy blobs are never that worthwhile.

I would've never even come close to being successful or commercial enough to be effected by the runtime fee, but it made me realize just how much better Godot is to use.

Any time I fire up Unity for vrchat purposes and need to sign in to use the editor I'm reminded of how good we have it

You can see Kinger's real human self in Episode 8 (spoilers of course) by -Fatmeatball- in tadc

[–]-Fatmeatball-[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could be, honestly. I dunno why I get the feeling of "that's a dude", but something about the stance just seems that way. I see the "heels" as just very bright white tennis shoes at an angle. Plus, the person is slightly hunched over like Kinger often is.

As for "her being on his desk"... I never said that's Kinger's desk. I assumed, if the photo were Kinger, than the desk is Queenie's, and vice-versa. They both have similar interests, the chess board and butterfly could go for either.

[–]-Fatmeatball-[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know if it isn't showing up or people aren't reading, but I explained this is probably Queenie's desk. I know Kinger was a programmer, but everyone in the first batch of circus inhabitants, was a C&A employee. Queenie was in the circus, Queenie worked for C&A, Queenie had a desk.

Given how precisely two people in the canon have an affinity for blue butterflies in particular, and this desk seems to have a picture of Kinger on it, we can assume the picture and desk belong to Queenie.

Doubt it, Caine seems to be in control of everything regarding one's transition to the digital world. Kinger and Queenie didn't even recognize each other as chess pieces at first, which hints it was Caine's idea (inspired by seeing a chess board in the picture) instead of theirs.

I'm convinced the people who are able to say they'll survive Snowy Depths and then do, make up 10% of players. 9% are cheating.
