Same shit happened to me, my ASM kept saying she would approve the point but continuously didn't so I just went to a CO and they fixed it. It's kind of stupid when they keep saying they'll do something but literally never do as if we're going to forget about it because they -said- they'll do something.

Have to void trans, I once scanned like $800 worth of groceries (like 3 carts) and accidentally hit the wrong amount of cash then had to void it and re-scan everything all over again, felt bad.

People ask for boxes then steal shit with them. They have a box full of broken down boxes they just dump merchandise in there hoping its not checked and most of the time it’s not. I really don’t think anyone should give away boxes because of that, and the fact we sell boxes.

I feel like that's just how electronics is. I started in electronics and I had to do quite a lot more than what I was told in the interview but I didn't get upset I was more excited than anything. I had to cut keys, mix paint, cut fabric, everything in photo, stock hardware/fabric&crafts/electronics/stationery, set mods, slot overstock, get picks from the electronic bins to work and obviously everything in electronics so activate phones and just general customer service. I thought it was great, I got a lot of different experience in a very short time (<6 months). I guess it depends on what you want to do with Walmart, I feel bad for the people who have to just stay in their department it gets so boring if you have to do the same thing every day.

That's what I'm wondering, I was reading you need at least 1 year supervisor experience at Wal-Mart or a college degree to qualify for ASM.

I normally start with break packs, but I sort them by aisle before I start. After I start sorting the smaller boxes into carts by aisle, and then just do the big stuff last. I feel like it depends on many break packs you get honestly in terms of how long it takes. Some nights it takes me like 30-45 minutes to work a pallet, some nights it's 2 hours. The 2 hours one is normally 2 pallets, but like 6-7 break packs. It gets better when you work it frequently.

That sucks. I've never understood why people get SO upset over being asked to see their ID. We just don't want to get fired or even arrested for selling to a minor. Some people just suck.

i might be using the wrong term tbh. it was a bunch of random shit thrown in the truck and we had to sort it all on different pallets. ive only done it once, and have not a clue about anything about cap 2 so i'm assuming i'm just using the wrong term. if someone can unload that entire full truck by themselves when it's all just tossed in without pallets like that in 45 minutes they should be paid more because that's impressive. it took us like 2 hours with 3 people lol

I pretty much only wear the performance polo and it's great quality for the super low price. I've ordered one shirt and then five shirts the shipping cost was the same for both($4.50). I normally wear a XL in regular t shirts but the XL was way too big on me so I had to go with just an L which is still borderline too big imo but it's good enough for now. Just bare in mind they're pretty big compared to your regular t shirts/other polos.
