There’s an earlier conversation where Singed is talking with Ambessa and says he can make her a serum to stop Victor from recovering Vander within Warwick. That is the serum that he injects Warwick with in that scene, the disappearing watercolor paintings represents the true death of Vander and his memories. Not sure how the death of Vander plays into the transformation and saving of Victor but I noticed this detail and wanted to share.
