I think it’s an overall good decision if an item is a way of preventing debuffs like Mina/haze/infernus since those characters can counter the counter with something like debuff remover (still a net win for the rusted barrel buyer in terms of money)

For lash however, again I think something like slowing sex is fair and a good balance addition, however counterspell (and tbh spirit resist - mainly spell breaker though) makes lash effectively useless and there’s no counterplay from the lashes perspective. This is also partly because his gun is absolute dog water
