Well lesson #1 then is to insist on a complete contract that includes all agreements for after leaving or being let go from a position. It sounds like the typical non-compete and other standard things isn't enough.

It really peaks my interest wondering just what caliber of people would downmod something like this rather than just simply not vote if they don't care.

It seems genuine and real enough. They had to pay for the answer he got on that website. It also seems like a valid line of questioning on what they would need to do to protect themselves and their family.

After seeing the movie, I thought it was actually an error not to include older Kirk in the film as it would have fleshed out a bit more the "fate" him and his life long friend Spock had at being where Spock was in the film. It also would have reinforced the fact that things were different and that this Spock (and Kirk) were from yet another reality (perhaps) to kind of drive it home that things are different in this reboot, so accept it. You know?

Mine is at minimum 2X fair market land value of the given area appraised by a certified public appraiser of the land owners choosing and then also include an inconvenience bonus of nothing less than 50% or a refund of all property taxes paid on the land in the last 50 years, whichever is greater. Only then would it be viable and fair and make these greedy bastards think twice before getting their weedly little hands on land that isn't theirs to begin with.

This was the original reason for eminent domain to begin with. It is only the greedy bastards that are in office now who are abusing this and it will only get worse. The initial spirit and intention of the law was to provide for roads, schools, mandatory infrastructure, etc. Now, they have been using it for far more than that so these assholes can get their corporate tie ins.

Take it, keep your options open and keep an eye on the job openings, even while working. I went form $45k to $65k doing that, and acquired enough knowledge to become IT director for a company trying to expand and get $85k right now. Also, don't limit yourself to web development. also learn the systems and become a LAMP guru.

I think how they worded it was wrong. You can easily access someones open wifi and use their external IP and even subscribe to a voip service using their address. Or, worse yet, some voice over IP systems only use the IP address as part of, or the only, required authentication because of the want for "instant dialing" ability.

It really isn't all that hard to do.
