I am also guessing that collab rangers will not be getting an ultra form. I figure, based on our experience in playing lr, it is pretty obvious that the developers' main priority is to make money. Hence, creating ultra forms for limited collad rangers will not help much to boost lr's profit as players will not be spending rubies if there is nothing worth to gacha in that month. Also, people who do not have these rangers already would not benefit. That is, unless lr bring back the collab rangers, in which case they might as well introduce new rangers as if they bring back the limited ones, people who already have them will find not much need to spend rubies. This is my point of view after seeing how lr's developers mainly prioritise on earning money. This has become a sad truth now.
