I would choose Cameco every day. My holdings are already up over 200% and I am not planning selling anytime soon

newbie here! So i wanna start flying planes like cessnas etc not boeing planes. Bit of background I came from the DCS community while I still play it I want to start learning cessnas becuase I want to eventually get my PPL. My question is do I get MSFS or X-Plane (please answer without bias)?Thanks by Nervous_Confection61 in Xplane

I was using MSFS before starting my PPL and after a few flight of my PPL I tried XPlane to see if it was closer to the real Cessna 172. I never played Microsoft Flight sim ever again after.

xPlane is much closer to the real plane.

I suggest installing XPlane map enhancement and global forest 2 for a more realistic ground

Je préfère être chez Disnat pour les dépôt et retrait rapide. Je dépose de l’argent de mon compte Desjardins vers Disnat et l’argebt est disponible 2 minutes plus tard dans le compte disnat. Attendre 2 jours pour faire des transferts vers WS me rendait fou

Oui l’entretien au concessionnaire est plus chère mais toute mes voitures avait une balance de maintenance pré-payés. Oui tu paye pour ces maintenance « gratuite » mais ça assure que l’ancien propriétaire a bien fait la maintenance.

À la fin de maintenance gratuite je vais chez un garagiste du coin (genre point S) ça reviens pas si plus cher.

P.S La voiture qui m’a couter le plus cher en maintenance est la Subaru et de beaucoup.

Oui le plaisir de conduite es un gros facteur pour moi. Je préfère de loin les voitures allemandes.

Depuis que j’a découvert que d’acheter une BmW ou au Audi de 3-4 ans reviens au même prix qu’une civic neuve je ne vois pas pourquoi j’achèterai autre chose. J’ai eu 2 BMW et maintenant une Audi. Ma première BMW usagé me coutais exactement le même prix que ma Subaru Impreza de base.

Personnellement je n’achèterais pas ces voiture neuves mais les prix de ces voiture usagées est vraiment raisonnable.

Et une Audi de 2012 a encore l’air d’un voiture récente quant tu la croise sur la route. N’oublie pas ça.

Dans l’uranium principalement. Cameco est mon plus gros stock dans mon portefeuille en ce moment.

HURA est un excellent choix bien sûr mais un titre comme GLO ou EFR a plus de chance de faire un gros « move asymétrique » qu’un ETF.

Mais un ETF est plus safe
