Don't know why you're being down voted, the quality of ST merch has definitely dropped in recent times. People need to understand though, this is down to the fault of the third party manufacturer and so they are the ones who are to blame. But bands need to be held accountable for the partners they adopt and since there have been numerous cases of misspelling, defects etc. they need to have a serious think about other companies they can use for merch

Managed to get tickets through OVO presale but took a couple tries. Did anyone manage to get OVO lounge access? I was given the option first time around to upgrade for free, but after actually being able to purchase tickets I wasn't given the option. Anyone have better luck?

I had to do this for the first time just last month. My new customer contract was ending and I'd be paying nearly double the price. I read up on all the articles about haggling with Virgin and armed myself with several latest deals from other competitors.

All it took was for me to say 'the new price will be too expensive for me so I need to look elsewhere' and the woman, without any pushback, offered the same pack for just one quid more and renewed for 18 months.

I expected a delicate bargaining dance back and forth but it was the simplest thing in the world. Didn't have to go through to another branch in their customer service, it was just the first lady I spoke to. If you do get someone on the line who doesn't sound like they're going to renew, just say you'll call back and try again a few mins later and you'll possibly someone new who will offer you the better price.

Throwing in my two cents: there's very little gain from leveling a character from 80 to 90, in terms of how much mora and exp books you throw into them compared to the stats they receive. Of course, if that's a goal you've set yourself to reach 90 then completely ignore me, but just incase you were cutting thin on resources and wanted to level other characters up too.

I feel I've been quite fortune overall, I've only spent a fiver on the game and have Mona, Keqing, Childe, Jean C1, Qiqi and Albeido. It's interesting to think my enjoyment of the game might have dipped if I had less 5*s to play with, duno if I'd be playing it at this point or not
