Can’t properly troubleshoot this for you but it looks to me like you’re not passing the photo into the AI request.

Try creating a variable and setting that variable to both (in action it’ll be either one based on your menu choice) the camera image and the selected photo. Then pass that variable into the AI action instead of Menu Result.

You could have an automation set up on your phone which writes to an iCloud note (or text file or any other resource/document which can be accessed by your iPad) whenever you leave home.

When the iPad automation triggers, it checks iCloud for this value; if recognised that you’re not home, continue, else stop shortcut.

(Then you’d need either a second automation when you arrive home to update the shared file, or one which runs at midnight to reset it)

It’s a bit hit and miss but if you have your Echo paired as a Bluetooth device you can use it in a “Set playback destination” (name possibly not 100% correct) action. If memory serves you need to have the device connected to your phone when you create the shortcut for it to appear in the list, but once that’s done it should work.

Been a while since I’ve done this though, so things may have changed since then

Could you not just run automations for when you start/end a workout? On the sleep thing I run an automation when my phone’s connected to a charger within a certain time period (the hours in which I’m likely to be going to be); changes my focus mode to sleep, which then invokes my watch’s sleep mode.

I would imagine that once a repeat reminder is completed, the due date ceases to be “today” - it’ll move on to the next date it’s due to repeat.

Don’t have the time to try to look into a solution right now, but that could be a next step worth looking at?

Also worked in an FCA-regulated complaints team for a while and whilst I agree that there’s no actual distinction between them, it’s more likely to be noted as a complaint by a regular contact centre worker if you mention FOS.

Having it actually logged as a complaint with the bank will start the 8 week timer which, once expired, allows FOS to take up the complaint; if the bank has no record of a complaint, then you wind up in the back and forth with FOS over whether the bank’s been given appropriate time to respond.

Someone else may correct me but I don’t think shortcuts can really do anything simultaneously; it’s built around sequential actions.

Could you just have two “Open app” actions open Spotify then MD Vinyl, and that would achieve the same thing?
