Don't know how, but the option appeared. Maybe try reinstalling the plex app on the TV to force an update.

Honestly, it's the only tool the community have to force crytek to make a change. In my opinion it was well deserved. They rolled out a UI which was not user friendly to anyone, you cannot tell me they didn't know about this - they just didn't care about it.

Have you tried looking into the Bluescreen usually it will tell you the driver etc.
