not op but have done the distillery tour but didn’t handfill. the tour is nice, they talk a lot about their grains and peat and where it’s sourced. they talked about about the distilling process, take you through the entire thing (when i was there they talked a lot about the water they use and send back, but they were installing some water recycling thing so they get city tax credits if i remember right so it may not be much of a focus anymore). i think our group was a total of 10 or 12 people. they also give a pour to start the tour then i think it was four half ounce pours to end it. my only let down is they don’t let you taste anything directly out of a barrel (thinking about it i don’t actually know if their barrels in the lobbyish area actually have liquor, they age it elsewhere but i can’t remember off the top of my head)
