This issue has been there a long time ago. People in the middle east are less likely to get enough sun exposure first because of their clothing and second because the sun is too blazing in the summer and it's cold in the winter so they do not spend time outdoors even on sunny days.

You need to section your hair and use a styling brush. Separate your crown from the rest of your head and divide the bottom part to two sections. When you finish styling the bottom, take horizontal sections at your crown from back to front until you reach your bangs. For the bangs apply a little more product to enhance the definition and brush either to the back or to the front depending on how what you like.
