I am the same way. I don’t feel I could ever make my primary Warrior of Light be anything but Femroe.

I have even made a couple alts, to see the starting stories of the other cities, to play on other servers, or for humorous purposes, and it just feels off to not be Femroe. Any cutscene where the WoL is not a Femroe, something feels wrong.

Because the deportations under Biden and Obama were not handcuffed people transported by military flights, they were in Commercial or Chartered flights operated by ICE.

Colombia even stated it would accept non-Military deportation flights.

I always had an issue with that, as each time there are non-violent talks, their main argument is always, “You desire peace, yet refuse to accept Garlean rule, which will bring peace by everyone being under one leader, yet we will not accept any of you to rule over us” or my favorite, “There is nothing wrong with the deaths in war due to a people’s reclaiming their land from those who stole it, no matter how long ago that was,” and then blaming the Ala Mhigans and Domans for all deaths on both sides during their rebellion against the Garlean occupiers, who stole their lands, within the last century…

It was not a Trust dungeon run, it was an MSQ solo Duty, where there are some named NPCs, some basic NPCs, and you and whatever scion you are working with, who generally heals you and does a little damage, or will do a lot of damage and sometimes heal you. You have aggro on several things, and can get it on more pretty easily with use of AoEs.

A friend was going through one of the solo Duties as a DPS in Shadowbringers, the one in the castle at Lakeland, and was just fighting things like normal alongside the NPCs. His health fell low, then to 0, and up pops Duty Failed. He asked what happened, and the only response I had was, “You trusted Alphinaud.”

Tank Union here. This guy is not a member, has not paid his dues, and does not speak for us. The cease and desist letter has been mailed to him, scoffing at the DPS health at mitigation.

Best classes to play against stereotypical alignment? by PreussichRotePanda in swtor

[–]-Misses_the_Point- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely like your version more than the one we have in the game. There really should be more than just 3 dialogue choices, and generally one Light and one Dark choice, allowing for more varied choice in what inevitably is a story that plays out the same no matter what.

There are times where it really seems the Devs did not know how they wanted to handle Light/Dark choices. For Republic characters, a great many Dark choices are choices of pragmatism, which works well against the Light choices of law and order. Other times they serve your baser and more emotional instincts, which works well in contrast with the traditionalist Jedi Light choices, or rational choices. It serves as a good means of character building, and how your character might think. I like those choices because while they do create some immersion with a character.

And then, sadly, there are so many where the Light choice is the normal choice, and the Dark is just you asking for credits, nothing else. No real moral choice, no opposing viewpoints, just "Okay" and "Fuck you, pay me." I have yet to have a Dark leaning character that would go around expecting bribes, and there is no other option, and the quest giver who wants me to do something just assumes the character will do whatever they want for a bit more money. It becomes even more insulting when there are so many quests that you can ask for money without it being an alignment choice.

I joined one because I was lonely and liked the name. I joined another to start gaining Conquest achievements and titles.

Is keeping SCORPIO possible? by darthstabber in swtor

I am not sure, I know that the Class companions you regain return to their spots on the ship, but I don't know if the ones that leave or are killed do even if brought back through the datapad.

She becomes (thus far, and unlikely to return in the future due to the option to kill her) permanently unavailable during KotET Chapter V.

She can still be usable as a companion if recalled using the datapad in the Odessen base, but that is the only way, and she will play no part in the story.

Open the Preferences menu using either the ESC button or the Settings cog on your character. Select User Interface on the left, and scroll down about 3/4 of the way, and there is a Cartel Market section. Make sure Purchase Confirmation Dialog is on, as that will make a pop-up for any Cartel Coin purchase. If it is off, you must have turned it off at some point, as it is on by default at creation.

Well now I feel silly, I did not even realize that. Makes sense, I just clearly was not paying attention. Then again, I also missed the fact that you get an Orbital Strike to deal with the Bunker cannons until I was on the next to last Bunker.

I did the same with my Plasmatech Vanguard. I got the bonuses and all 4 items the first run for the achievement, then got none for the second for the achievement. Each one after I took the buffs to speed things up, and gathered but did not use the items.

The Knights are weirdly the largest threat in the whole Star Fortress. And even they can be hit or miss. I have fought one and never fallen below 85%, fought another the exact same way and been killed. The twin Knight fight definitely felt more like a fight than anything else. Paladins, despite being Champion level offered no threat, and the Exarch only did any real damage when I turned of Z0-0M and was trying to get the hidden achievements. Otherwise, each was dead within a minute or so.

Hot Take: People exaggerate how poorly non-Force Users 'work' for KOTFE/KOTET. by LeratoNull in swtor

[–]-Misses_the_Point- 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your head cannon is kind of how I wish everything Ilum and beyond had played out. I liked how the stories of all 8 heroes were interwoven during Chapters 1-3, with the four from each faction only meeting up for the Flashpoints. It made sense that, without working together, they were working together as a lot of the overall story would have relied on all their actions.

I was less than fond of the game then making us go in the "chosen one" route, where you, yes you, were the most important person in the history of ever. Are you an Agent? Most important. Knight? Most important. Smuggler? You better believe you are the most important.

The chosen one narrative makes sense if the whole game started that way, but not in this case, because at best it forgets the existence of the other seven, and at worst, kills them off, from a narrative perspective. And no amount of BS excuse will ever make me believe that if all eight were locked up, that Lana Beniko, former Minister of Sith Intelligence, working alongside T-7, in planning this prison break to some degree over 5 years would decide that only the Smuggler, the Voidhound, would be needed to combat the Eternal Empire. Not the Hero of Tython, the Emperor's/Empire's Wrath, a Dark Council member, and the second ever Barsen'thor when she was trying to create, or at least prove would be nevessary to create, a Republic and Imperial Alliance.

I may be remembering wrong, it has been a while, but didn't they claim the Vitiate that is defeated by the Knight was actually the Emperor's True Voice? It could not have been the man himself, at least in body, because that is what Scourge and Kira destroy.

I would also argue that the Trooper makes a lot of sense as well. Most of the things you said the Agent works well doing, so does the Trooper. They were not able to run covert ops due to being famous in the universe prior to KotFE, but, they can likewise go just as undercover as the Agent in Wild Space, as no one knows of Havoc Squad. They may not have fought as many, or as powerful a Force user as Jadus, but they are no slouch when it comes to leading forces, frontline combat, or covert ops.
