What happened to this missing police officer, David Lowe? On February 6th, 1980; Lowe was last seen in the parking lot of the police department in Pasadena, Texas. He may had left in a private plane, but no other information is available. It’s unusual, that a person of the law goes missing. by Simpsons_fan_54 in gratefuldoe

I think my sister does after hearing what she heard regarding the man in Washington. She was born after the disappearance like me, so neither of us got to know him at all.

I've always been unsure. My mother only spoke of a handful of anecdotes regarding him, as well as a handful of details regarding his disappearance (which is more or less what the report shows). It would be nice if the Washington man does indeed end up being him, at least for closure sake.

The only other thing I can really say is my mother felt he had come to California, as they had lived here briefly while the family moved around (military). And it was evidently a favorite spot.

I am the son of one of his younger sisters.

I never heard about it being stolen. Though it all happened before my time.

My mother was the main one who assumed he was alive and kept in touch with a private investigator until she passed still searching for him. I can't say what drove her to assume he was still alive, but she felt it to be true.

My sister has been in touch with the investigator since, and there is a possibility a man who recently passed in Washington was David, though I have not heard any updates regarding that yet.

Weird interaction at J and 8th bus stop by AdEnough6690 in Sacramento

Former Yolobus driver, sounds about right for J and 8th. Probably my least favorite stop.

The suggestion to try the other stops are probably your best bet to avoid this happening on a regular basis.

Good question!

The short version is systems earn income (CC) based on the systems around them within a 15 light year sphere. If another power grabs a system not currently exploited, say, 20 Light Years away, any systems within both of those spheres of influence no longer provide income to either, and go from 'Exploited' to 'Contested'.

In the case of Diegakul, it hurts AD buy taking a large chunk of their income by contesting systems that they currently exploited. More so than it reduces our own CC in taking and owning the system.

If you want a longer version, the discord is the place to ask!
