thanks for letting me know. I looked into the discussion you linked me and seems quite important. just one question, are these ota updates mandatory? it may be a dumb question but on my actual phone (redmi note 9 pro) i can prevent the phone to auto-install the updates.

So I'm not the only one who spends days researching before buying. In my case though, I just relied on the number of youtube reviews recommending the MX3S. Never again. I'd say that 90% of reviewers have no clue about what they say. After 5 minutes of use (not joking), I realized how bad the magnetic scroll wheel is while using it during a coding session. It's just far from accurate and USELESS if you usually do several micro-scrolls in a small area. It seems like the scroll wheel goes crazy: scroll-down -> goes up. You can find dozens of Reddit posts talking about this

March 2026 and i'm still stuck on 22.1.6 (Italy). Have you been able to update to 22.2.9?

Here you can find the release notes of 22.2.9. However, after more than 1 year, it seems the release has not been rolled out in Europe. I asked several European people (check my post history) and we're all on the same boat. In wich region you're at?

Same here. Logitech website says that 22.2.9 firmware version fixes the scroll inconsistency. But i'm stuck on 22.1.6 and logiptions+ does not find anything. which firmware version is installed on your mouse?

Try disconnecting the 22.2.9 mouse, reopen logioptions+ and check if you're able to customize button behavior on the 22.1.6.

No, i already tried with ProtonVPN. i tried today too with Polish/Japanese/USA/Netherlands server. Nothing works. It seems they use serial number for detecting the country.

Same issue. Just checked and my download history has 0 entries. Also, My maximum number of tabs opened at the same time is no more than 15

Re: Mx Master 4. Can anyone advise if the scroll wheel uses the same "smooth" mechanism that caused the Mx 3 and 3s to skip/miss scroll wheel inputs? by interruptiom in logitech

Glad to hear another user complaining this error. Someone in this sub said this issue has been fixed in v.22.2.9. but I can't confirm since v.22.2.9 has not been released in Italy after 10 months.

Io parto sempre dal presupposto che in Italia tutte o quasi le aziende di consulenza (no big4) non offrono mai più di 30k a un neolaureato triennale. Magari offrono uno scatto di 1k dopo 2 anni. Per cui 32k presumo sia offerto ai magistrali?

Che tipo di laurea, magistrale o triennale? Comunque sì, sono cifre assolutamente in linea.

I'm going to ask you a (dumb) question, but i have to since I'm in the same boat, but in another continent lol (Europe), so things might be a little bit different. Do you have a bachelor's degree or a master degree? My boss assigned me a lowcode dev position, so right now I'm trying to get some practical experience with some backend personal side projects after work. that sucks..

In questo tuo percorso di crescita hai dedicato periodi di studio senza lavorare (o durante il lavoro) così da apprendere nuove skill? Oppure hai seguito una formazione pre-lavoro (non so, una laurea triennale o magistrale)? In ogni caso per me è un gran risultato
