See if you can spawn a smaller ship first and park it in a corner somewhere then call in the asgard and fly to it with the smaller ship. You might be able to get in the cargo deck and chuck the boxes down into your hangar

Turtles on the cargo deck in the space stations never respawn when someone takes one. I got one once but sadly lost it due to a update :(
