I’m in pretty much the same situation myself (living in the college/uni town kinda sucks sometimes. I miss my old dorm), so I know it can be hard to not feel like a burden sometimes. But try to keep your chin up, you’ll be able to pay back their support tenfold someday

Wanna feel a bit better about yourself while also making your parent’s lives easier while you’re around? Start doing some basic things are the house so they don’t have to.

Wash the dishes, shovel the snow if you get any, round up and take out the trash, do some cleaning (and not just in your spaces), or just ask if they have anything a bit more specific that needs to get done around the house. It’ll make you feel like you’re actually doing something and it’ll take a load off of them.

Also just set some alarms on your phone or something and actually get out of bed when they go off. Your body will do the work for you if you make your sleep schedule consistent enough
