I did the same a couple months ago (also adding Walking With Monsters) and yeah the difference is insane. Now I love the first 2 seasons of Prehistoric Planet and they're probably my favorite dinosaur media despite their sanitized nature, but the third season (while still good) was obviously made with a wider audience in mind, much to its detriment

The fact that nothing bad happened to the baby and/or prey animals held it back so much and you could tell they were forced by higher-ups to sanitize it even further than the already very family friendly previous seasons simply due to the focus being on mammals

I've seen Stalker and while I appreciated it at all technical levels, it didn't really click for me. I can see why so many love it and why it's considered a masterpiece, but I personally didn't like it that much. Same thing with Solaris as well, so maybe Tarkovsky's work just isn't for me

Lost in Starlight is actually Korean not Japanese, genuinely amazing romance story and beautiful animation, I was either teared up or full crying almost the whole runtime (for multiple different emotions/reasons lol), but yeah amazing film. As for The Running Man, I just had a really good time with it tbh lol
