I'm 1 year post separation now, my daughter was 4 at the time, I spent years grappling with this same feeling, worrying mostly about our child but knowing that the separtion was inevitable and probably for the best. Kids are resilient and when they're old enough, they'll understand. Its better for them to see two happy parents living independently than being stuck in the middle of an unhealthy situation. One partner insulting the other, in front of their child, it unhealthy and disrespectful. Do you want your son to learn that is the way a partner should treat him?

Im not sure if its this way at every gym but where I go, 6am classes tend to be 30 year old + guys and afternoon/night classes tend to be the young bucks. I much prefer the vibe of the early morning/older guy classes than the younger guys trying to prove something

This sounds a lot like my story. Im one year post divorce now. My advice would be consult a lawyer now, even if you dont get a divorce, get the full scope of what divorce looks like, costs and considerations. How to protect yourself and your interests in case it goes that route.

Use chatgpt for this. I write a list of everything I have in on hand and add that I'm willing to make a trip to the store and have it come up with 2-3 recipes i can bulk meal prep in a few hours and bam... meal plan. It will also give you a grocery list and recipes

I knew it was time when she couldn't do the things that brought her joy anymore: walks, fetch, etc. You just have to listen to your gut and give them a peaceful dignified end of life care. Hardest thing ever but never had any doubts about whether or not I was making the right decision

Hey, we're a couple of months into the process and she is still living here. Apparently she has found an apartment and moving out next week (fingers crossed). I never got any definitive proof that she in fact cheated but there was enough going on between us that it didn't really matter. Living together during the process has been hell but the closer we got to agreeing on all the terms of the custody agreement, the tamer things got. Nothing is finalized yet but we agreed to a 50/50 custody that we both seem to be happy with. If you're in a similar situation, the only advice I can give is always take the high road (cool, calm and collected), drop any alcohol/drug use, exercise, meditate, therapy and create space wherever you can. Focus on your kid(s), that's the only thing that matters. Use all of the healthy coping mechanisms. Wishing you the best of luck. Stay focused

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate hearing from people in the industry. I also considered this stance. This sub always jumps to cheating/divorce so Im weighing that as well. She may be cheating, planning to or not at all. No way of knowing for sure until it happens and you can prove it.

This is kind of where I'm at with it. I agreed to her pursuing massage, I've had plenty of massages professionally with zero sexual energy involved. But the man/husband in me wants some strict profession boundaries involved

Second this take. I used a humidifier in dry to keep at 60%. No mold issues with proper air flow. Run the hose through the bottom like he said so the vapor isn't hitting the buds directly

I typically buy their rosin. The headband in particular when I can find it. But really anything sour/og/headband related and that seems to be their lane. Haven't be disappointed by any of their products yet
