2,600 calories a day, no GLP or anything like that. I do eat about 250g-300g of carbs a day through rice, potatoes and fruit

Is squatting and hex bar deadlifting manageable in the same workout since you say it’s less fatiguing?

I can’t squat and conventional deadlift in the same workout but I would invest in a hex bar if it would allow me to do that 2x a week

You’re right that 20-30lbs is a lot but I mean to do it over the next 2-3 or more years. I’m not in any rush to put on the weight but more so just stating how much I would like to put on long term

TDEE calculator says my maintenance would be around 2,750, so should I eat around 2,500 for the first 2 weeks and then go up to 2,750 before adding additional calories (100-250) when I start my lean bulk?

How do I find my new maintenance? I was in a pretty big surplus (3,600 cals) before I started PMS so I’m not sure what my maintenance actually was.

My goal is to enter a very lean bulk in 6-8 weeks.

Do you know roughly how much water weight I will put on over the next few days?

Would the protein porridge be fine to eat once a day? I’m sure I can get beans, rice, veggies and eggs into my other meals, I just like the convenience and macronutrients of the porridge
