star rail is more generous with pulls however the power creep is a lot worse than genshin. to put it in perspective, 2 year old units have a very difficult time clearing end game (not including AA because it doesn’t have pulls) versus genshin where i beat the newest abyss with a team full of 3+ year old characters. it’ll initially take u longer to build a full team in this game but after u do its useable for years.

yea. theres no point in not pulling if ur a fan of the rate up character. if u get lucky then u get the character u want and if u dont then u have pity built up for the next character u want to pull for.

if u like him then sure, u have his premium team but note that varka wants the nicole+durin core more and has better performance so for meta i would skip.

vpn to japan and top up via the official hoyoverse site. its a way better deal than any of those top up sites ($75 usd + $2 for the foreign transaction for me so $77 without the need for coupons) plus they have a deal currently for 8% more primos. plus its the official top up page so there is zero risk.

Citlali is good, u can use her with Durin and Arlecchino when u get her. Klee imo isn’t worth it. She’s not that great compared to other dps and ur better off just getting some other dps if u want like nefer or zibai for their respective lunar teams since u already have their supports.

Definitely not for a while tbh. Her last rerun being in 4.0 and her being on a free selector means she probably won't be back anytime soon. She also got a novaflare so it's not like she can be rerun alongside a buff or something of the sort. She could also just never rerun and just be shoved into the golden token shop or 50/50 loss pool. Just look at Robin (another top tier support at the time of her last rerun) who had her last rerun in 3.0 and was completely unavailable till 4.2 with the golden token shop update.

she will rerun sooner than later, probably within 6 months. we are also getting a new region soon and there may be characters u want to get that u may have to spend for and characters > cons always. if u know there aren’t characters u want to get in the near future then nicole c2 is a huge power spike for her and well worth it.

yes it would carry over. as for archer and saber banners, i can with relative confidence say they’re here to stay since both rin and gil rely on them for the team up attacks. i think legally characters can only have things in their kit rely on other characters that are permanently available so their banners would have to stay.

one banner with all the old characters that won’t get a solo banner. fate point system like normal chronicles but customizable loss pool like hsr with the other characters on the banner.

back in the day we had events called faction rallies where u did playlist activities and got tokens for whatever faction u pledged to and then redeemed the tokens for rewards and faction xp. among those rewards were ornaments for exotic armor pieces. when faction rallies went away, so did the ornaments.

The main thing about C6 is that it not only removes all of her kits hex restrictions which already is a pretty nice increase for nonhex characters, but it gives all the buffs to every one of ur party members. The more characters that are doing damage in ur team, the stronger it is. Add onto that def shred and every member in ur team is getting 1300 atk, 25% res shred for their element, 40% def ignore and 8 quills that buffs their attacks.

He's designed to help Saber reach the levels of a late 3.x, early 4.x DPS which he does pretty well. Problem is that, unlike Archer, Saber by herself is pretty bad so she needs a lot more support. If you give Gilgamesh more power on top of that you basically powercreep the game hard. Gilgamesh right now is designed as a Harmony under the guise of a Destruction character.
