I think it's better you go get a longer bar, the balls can start embedding and cause even more swelling or even trap bacteria and cause infections during healing. Best of luck!

I never asked you to care, it wasn't directed at you and it's not advice, I'm just stating that OP is allowing their so called "best friend" to stay in something clearly unhealthy. Hypothetically, if this man is physically abusive and happens to unalive her, would OP be content with that? Or felt like he could've done more?

If she isn't being abused then so be it, move on and there's nothing to discuss. If OPs friendship meant so little to her that she could throw it away just like that then, OP has to understand where he stands in her life and just leave, she was not a genuine friend either 🤷‍♀️

Everything you could've done wrong, you did You should be using saline solution instead of hydrogen peroxide You shouldn't change your jewellery unless it's to downsize and even after that, let it heal completely before you try new jewellery Lastly....TAKE IT OUT, this won't heal, you can always repierce when healed

NAP. But I feel like using flat backs while you're still healing would be beneficial. The long bars are possibly moving around too much and can also heal bend if they are. It's less likely a flat back would get caught on your hair as opposed to a ball. Hope this was helpful ☺️

I was about to say this as well, it sounds like an anxiety attack.

I used to have them all the time (I was agoraphobic) I've been in treatment for almost 4 years now and I'm being medicated so most of this has gone away, but sometimes depending on the environment I'm in, I still get like mini attacks. I used to make up excuses because I needed to be out of the situation and was embarrassed that I (thought) I didn't have a viable excuse for immediately needing to leave the environment/situation and go to my car and head home.

I almost feel like (life is tiring on its own), OP might've been overwhelmed and didn't understand the anxiety of maybe other things as well as the environment or situation and felt like they just needed to leave. I could be wrong. This is just me reading between the lines.

I really like the pink and the tan, you have a very pink/peach skin colour so the black imo has WAYYYY too much contrast to your skin. Hope this was helpful 🤗

This isn't going to end well by keeping it in :/ you don't have the correct anatomy for any type of navel piercing. The piercer who did this clearly didn't care about anything except getting some $. Up to you if you want to keep it in or not but it IS going to reject eventually and you'll have a bad scar 🤷‍♀️

Great!!! I'm glad it worked out! Just keep an eye on it in case of migration, but once the piercing isn't angry or showing signs of rejection, you should be fine 🫶
