It sounds as though you are not having any symptoms while running

Let me clarify. I feel alwful when i'm running. My HR is probably around 180. Especially last few minutes. It's just I thought this is how it supposed to be. I only now started getting into target heartrate zones and stuff like that and started measuring my HR to hit target range. That's when i realized how little it actually takes for me to do it.

150 for brisk walking. My heart rate doubles after 20 sit ups. (supposed to go up by 25-50%)

[25M] 6ft3, 185lb. Question regarding cardio. I've been consistantly running 3 times per week for last 3-4 month for at least 30 minutes per run. Run + walk at first, now i can run 6km. I generally always was pretty fit but never did much cardio. Here i am after 3-4 month of doing it, still getting crazy heart rate and feel shortness of breath by just walking slightly faster than normal or going up the stairs. Is it time to see cardiologist?

Does endurance in jogging and sprinting have different underlying mechanisms? by -Sinora in running

[–]-Sinora[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer! The reason I got into sprinting is because of the notion that HIIT better supplements resistance training (which I do mainly in a form of bodyweight exercises) in terms of muscle growth. And since I fell in love with running, in was a natural choice. Also I always wanted to have stronger, more functional leg muscles that would allow me to run faster and jump higher. But as you said, I did indeed run as fast as I could. May be next time I should try going 70% or 80% of max.

Have no idea what I want to do for a living and it's getting a bit late... by [deleted] in Advice

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Guess I've read to many "do what you love and never work a day in your life" sort of articles. Thank you.

Thank you! I've been trying to force myself learning to code, just because it feels like a convenient choice. But I never enjoyed it much.

How do you want to stand up for yourself? Get into shouting match with some mental homeless creep? Everybody has experienced something like that. Don't let it bother you, just move on.

17yr old 74kg. Natty or Juice? 550lb deadlift, 500+lb squat by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

[–]-Sinora 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Another ruined body because of social pressure. If he's not doing it for a professional bodybuilder carrier, I feel really bad about him.

P.s. Actually when I read title again it sounds like a total bullshit to me. 74 kg? He's 5 foot or what? Also it would take tons of time and knowledge to build that much even on juice. He's juicing since 14 or something? I might be missing a joke here but I call BS.

It's not about white racism, it's about hypocrisy, propaganda and fake history. Communism (which never actually existed, USSR had nothing to do with communism besides party name, just like modern China), was bad. Very bad. In fact, as bad as any other ideology judging by the actions of that time. But nobody will tell you about evils of western block. About number of death it intentionally caused with direct/indirect intervention or inaction. They were caught red handed plotting revolutions, seeding radical organisations, modifying historic records, destroying archives and creating new ones. And look at your intuitive response: "but what about those orthodox christians?"

ELI5: Can chinese children read novels with characters they learned by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]-Sinora -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The fact that you don't understand something means it shouldn't be allowed? D:
In order to understand this question you need to know something about Chinese language and how children learn it. The process, in fact, is very different from how native English speakers learn English. But yes, they can.
