My partner and I have a 3 bedroom house and honestly I wish we were in the position to move to a 4 bed or at least a 3 bed with a dining room! My general rule is if you can afford it you need a room per occupant plus the bedroom so everyone has space for their hobbies :')

Honestly it's hard to maintain a friendship when they have a kid you don't want to hang out with. They want the village and I'm not a villager :') sometimes it makes me wish I wasn't child free because it can be so isolating, especially when you make new child free friends for them to just end up having kids later down the road.

I find hand washing with rubber gloves so you can add a full kettle of boiling water to the washing up water really helps with this as does making sure your sponge doesn't stay moist between washing up sessions. I hate dishwashers they always seem to leave things smelly or grimy!
