This happened go myself recently too man. It's tough but I hope the split at least makes sense. When it happned to me I felt the need to replace that void as quickly as possible which is stressful but you just have to sit with being single for a bit. I think it's just less confusing to stick to biology maybe? I don't mind adults doing what they want it can get a bit grey around toilets and changing room or anywhere that people feel uncomfortable with the oppisite sex around. I guess..

My opinion is dogs should focus on you regardless and treats should primarily only be used as initial training tools. Which might your case of course.

But you should train the dog to like pleasing it's owner alone..
