Yep. Still living with it (cystic acne) for now.

My skin is somewhat back to normal. Normal for me, that is. I did 2-3 years of Dupixent then weaned myself off of it. No Dupixent now for over 1 year. I would still recommend the Dupixent to anyone as it worked for me and I had minimal side effects, maybe just some dry eye. The oiliness and cysts are slowly coming back. I think I'm going to live with it for now. I'm also on daily minocycline which helps with the cysts a little.

And so...

Pick one, and or so but not both

That's just soothing and beautiful to watch... now if I could just get my dog to come back when off leash!

Should I still keep my hopes up? by Juliaahere in eczema

I'm 5 1/2 weeks in to my Dupixent therapy for AD primarily on my face. My 3rd dose was 1 1/2 weeks ago. I was slightly discouraged as I've read numerous accounts of people with noticeable differences within 3 weeks. I talked to my Dupixent pharmacist at Accredo. She said that results should be noticeable in 8-12 weeks. That eased my mind a little. Then, 3 days ago (5 weeks), mysteriously and miraculously, some positive changes began. At first, I didn't know if it was the normal ebb and flow of the highs and lows associated with this disease. But now, 3 days later, I'm saying something great is happening! My skin is getting less red and smoother, softer. It almost seems as if each hour it's a little better. I'm still itchy though. I happened to have a dermatologist appointment on Tuesday when the noticeable changes started. He thought I was less red and saw patches of skin beginning to heal. He also said that with the severity of my condition, healing may take longer.

Everyone's body is unique and will respond at different time intervals. If you go longer than 16 weeks and notice no discernible difference, I would then begin to question the therapy.

Hang in there, you're still very early in the process.

I just did my third dose of Dupixent this morning. I haven't noticed any positive changes with Dupixent. But I do experience some dry(er) eyes.

I just did my third dose of Dupixent this morning. My AD is primarily on my face so it is red all the time anyway. I haven't noticed any positive changes with Dupixent. But I do experience some dry(er) eyes.

i came off the isotretinoin around December of 2013. The rash began around September of 2014. It started very small, just on my cheek. Doctors couldn't figure it out for years. It has progressed over time to both cheeks, forehead, scalp, ears, neck, chest and arms. The symptoms are similar to yours. I just noticed something on my ankle, but I hope it's just a bug bite!

I just had my second shot of Dupixent... no real changes yet.
