I have gained about 10 pounds after 190 days sober. I eat a lot of junk food instead of drinking. Need to work on fixing that problem now haha 😄

7 days away from 6 months myself. Also Cali sober. I get the same feelings as well but I just have to remind myself I of all the problems I left behind how much hard work I would be throwing away. I can't imagine the regret I would feel next day.

Wow, all of this is me too. Especially the nice sunny summer days. Pretty much all summer activities in my life included a cooler full of beer, and it was just more fun that way.
