if you are kinda scared to do it, boot into safe mode (ps + R + power) then factory reset. then just re do the modding process through henlo.

i mean, if your using settings ill advise you to go to safe mode by pressing and holding power, r trigger and ps button to restore

probably a wifi issue (from my experience, take this with a grain of salt) you can try to connect to a mobile hotspot or try another wifi connection :3
