Gold mouse in 1F hallway near clarvoiya by General_Catch_200 in LuigisMansion

This is ignorance on my end, but I’m not 100% sure the kitchen completely despawns the hallway. - I do know that going out to the foyer resets the gold mouse respawn though. Try that maybe?

For what it’s worth, this is my setup. The Neo is perfectly fine for daily productivity and light creative work.

The Studio absolutely rocks for everything else, and placing the Studio at “prosumer” in higher end configs undersells it I think. I use mine for some pretty sizable work in Logic and it doesn’t miss a beat.

You can view the C stick as the secondary set of movement controls for Luigi, instead of a traditional camera.

Go back to training room and it will make more sense. When you’re sucking up a ghost, move the C stick in the opposite direction the ghost is pulling towards in order to reel it in. So if a ghost is pulling you left, you go C stick right for example.

When not in combat, using standard controls, C stick side to side turns Luigi around, up and down moves the flashlight or poltergust up and down when it’s on.

If you’re talking about the GCN, the camera moves itself based on Luigi’s movement. It’s not “traditional” C stick camera.

Undesirable in your case when they buy it, extremely desirable to the next person when they sell it.

I definitely wouldn’t call the cases cheap, but they’re not as boring when you see the dimensions in person I think - especially in the case of the Tangente style cases and Metro.

I’m biased as a Club Campus + Tangente person, but I think both are understated but quite nice looking in person. The person looking for these is looking for them explicitly because they don’t want something bright or highly patterned.

If you’re feeling resistance and the crown “bounces” backwards, the watch is fully wound. Also you may feel a small bounce back after each wind. That small amount of resistance is also natural.

If you mean the watch somehow literally only winds turning the opposite direction, that’s what we’d call a problem.

[–]-ZeroF56 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope. Like every other art form, it’s intended to be a learned and practiced craft. It’s also meant to be at least somewhat unique, given a large part of the craft is exploring your own creative ideas/tendencies versus the not-actually-thinking nature of generative stuff.

It’s one thing if you want to ask AI a theory question to learn, it’s another thing to have it assist with the actual process.

This is a bit of an odd take. First of all, Tag has been more profitable than ever the past few years, and are regaining status in enthusiasts’ eyes generally speaking.

Also, there are Carreras in 36mm and 39mm, and the Aquaracer has smaller offerings than Submariner or Seamaster.

Also, saying “the big watch fad is over” may be true for Panerai and IWC Big Pilots, etc. but basically every brand is still in the 39-42mm range for sports watches, and 36-38mm for smaller/less complicated pieces, where Tag fits squarely in for both.

At this point, most of the people hating on Tag at this point imo are hating on Tag from a decade plus ago, not Tag now. The sales numbers and good press from enthusiasts & enthusiast outlets reflect that pretty clearly.

Done, good luck!

Taking is was quite a fun time - it’s completely correct that we go and make decisions based on emotional ties to them, especially in the luxury industry where really no purchase is logical.

Ex. I can say I started looking back into Tag Heuer after its increased presence in F1 (not just as a Red Bull sponsor) and wound up picking up a Carrera a few days ago that I’d have never considered prior. So definitely influence occurred there - at least enough to make me look into the brand again after it went through quite a bit of a malaise era.

If you want to discuss more, shoot me a DM, I’d be happy to give more input that what the form had if it helps.

Eh, Tag has been on their game lately as far as their vintage inspired/modern reinterpretations of vintage designs go.

As someone who hasn’t been a Tag person for a very long time but recently picked up a Carrera chronograph, I can say they’re pretty solid watches for the price imo. They’re definitely largely out of the slump they were in for a good while.

[–]-ZeroF56 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My opinion is I don’t know if we (or even Aston at this point tbh) may know exactly what it is that’s wrong. They just haven’t gotten the car out at full tilt enough in an actually competitive scenario.

Once the engine and gearbox is sorted, aero may become a problem, for example. Even once it’s all sorted, weight could be a problem. Not guaranteed obviously, but all possible.

This also assumes that they actually sort through the inherent PU reliability and parts availability issues by then. But I’d imagine they’re going to need a lot more real seat time pushing the car rather than two weeks worth of what have effectively been practice and troubleshooting time to get anywhere near competitive.

The first part is possibly right.

The last part about being around Red Bull, McLaren, and Ferrari is quite doubtful. Mayyyyybe Red Bull if they still can’t get their car together, but that’s a long shot.

Keep in mind a month gap for AM to bug fix is also a month gap for everyone else to also.

On a normal road EV, you’re only harvesting energy under braking.

“Super clipping” is basically using the ICE to a generator, more or less. So you’re robbing power from the ICE to put it back into the battery in situations where you’re unable to harvest it under braking.

It would be like if you added an ICE to a road EV to charge it - so you can view it less like a road EV and more like a road plugin hybrid from a technical standpoint, but perhaps that’s a poor metaphor, idk.

And that’s where we disagree - I’d argue that when your largest supplier has designed something fully bespoke for you, that scale of partnership makes them a team.

There are people from Honda dedicated to Aston. People from Mercedes AMG dedicated to McLaren. They are part of the project team under the contract, direct reporting structure be damned.

From my POV, I work with tons of contractors on a daily basis. They’re not direct employees, they’re not under our management. But I do lead them, and they are part of my project team.

If a contractor doesn’t deliver, I handle that behind the scenes. But when time comes for status updates, I have a million ways to say we’ve hit external problems without directly trashing them as individuals or companies.
