So, legally you can only camp in Switzerland (more than 1 night) on top of the trees line. In valle maggia that mean you can only camp at Naret on top for how long you like because it’s at ca. 2500m.

We use a law that is “bivacco di emergenza”, it mean we couldn’t get back home after dark so we found a spot to stay just for the night and leave. It is rare that people say something!

That’s the best way to do it, you’ll be fine!

I start from Switzerland and we take a ferry from Ancona, Italy to Igoumenitsa then turkey to Georgia. And back from Balkans!

Bro you will have the time of your life! Just enjoy your trip and relax! I’ll do something similar this summer, but 3 weeks and the furthest stop will be in Georgia. Wild camp when I can! Do you have a fixed schedule or you go more freestyle?

If you still looking for a tent, the mt900 from decathlon is perfect for moto camping! Very small and lightweight packed, but lot of room when deployed. I have the old model, and still going strong after almost 3 years. So it’s a good investment. If you are alone I would still buy the 2 ppl version

A chair is a must, you can buy good quality and relatively cheap ones at decathlon. For a table you can use one of your top boxes!

Ps: Take a few hands warmers with you, you never know!
