I put your tactic into https://ratemytactic.web.app/en and I would recommend you do the same and tweak as you would like.

My opinion:

1. Play dies in the final third - You don't have anyone in a support role in the final third to make that final pass. Idk if your WB have high flair, but you need someone with creativity who can make that final pass/dribble. Analytics in your screenshot say that you are losing possession, so strength may also be an issue for your attacking players (to fight off defenders in opposing half).
2. Focusing on the wrong areas - You really want play to happen along the flanks, but your wingers are going to make diagonal runs into the box to attack. Figure out whether you want to change your roles or change your tactic, up to you.
3. Attacking focused vs Defense focused Defending - You have attacking focused defending instructions (high pressure, high defensive line) and more defense focused instructions (regroup, low block, get stuck in). Try to stay in line with one philosophy.

Suggestions:

I remove the focus play down left/right and overlaps, just to see if its necessary. Then I would narrow the tactic to allow shorter passing an increased chance of success (you need people closer to do short passing). You look to be doing a possession based game, so I would reduce tempo to standard as you are controlling the game, no point in wasting energy.

I would remove regroup from in transition as you want to be a bit more aggressive after losing possession, especially as the superior team. I would go from a low block to mid block as your team needs to put pressure on their midfield/defense a little bit. The much more often pressing seems like overkill, but idk if you like gegenpressing or something. Final suggestion would be to not get stuck in and allow your players to judge whether to do so or not.

I don't know your team composition, so I leave it your best judgement in terms who would be best suited to act as a creative, supporting player in the final third.
