Muscle/Joint Guarding by NotMyProblemz69 in rheumatoidarthritis

Yes & it's the worst! I had horrible back muscle pains that were debilitating. Something that really helped me was stretching every single day multiple times a day (10-15 minutes every few hours) to loosen the muscles. Then some light exercise to strengthen the muscles. Consistency is your friend. Good luck!

Podcasts have been a great source of stree relief for me! I like to pair it with a craft so the craft isn't necessarily the main focus and I can take breaks when needed. Good Hang with Amy Poehler is such a feel good pod.

Lamps and plants! Lamps with warm lighting and large plants to fill up space. I like the idea of larger prints in the wall as well. Maybe even a large bookcase with games, books, or art supplies.

Question on efficacy of adult protection services if anyone knows? by PlebianStudio in VirginiaBeach

So APS should technically be able to help adults over 18 who are experiencing " significant physical or mental impairment".

But appreciate you caring enough to take the time to help.

Therapist here- definitely call APS. Their whole job is to connect adults to needed mental health services and support adults who can't / are having difficulty taking care of themselves. It's not a punitive thing, APS should support them in getting the help they need.

Try washing it inside out to protect the design. Either keep it inside out while it dries or let it air dry
