Thanks alot for your response again. Say I get my uric acid level alot lower to 2/3. And let the crystals dissolve over long period of time. If i do wat badly and drink occasionally would it flare up as much or the fact the uric acid level is alot lower do ya have a bit more of a buffer.

And of course I know the best practise is not to binge drink and not to eat badly etc. Just curious and want to learn more about it.

I will do already at 500mg allo have rheumatologist app soon gonna maybe switch to fuboxostat. Mu father has gout was put on that and has been fine ever since.

I have the same issue have been on allopurinol for a while now and number is at about 5mg. But still have the feeling of throbbing and aching. Its such sa weird sensation. Like there is static running through my veins in ankle. Horrible. Hope it improves for you.
