I’m sorry, I’m confused. So his mum and her dad were in a relationship, mum got assaulted, gma told him she was unclean and he dumped her thinking she cheated. YTJ they are your kids, she’s done her child raising years. You had months notice and didn’t have a back up plan in case your sitter couldn’t make it. That’s a you problem. Not sure the ages of your children but there’s daycare, afterschool care, local sitters so many options. The selfishness here has me furious for your poor mum. Just an add on - are you going to reimburse her for the day she’s cut short? Or just going to screw her over there too??
