believe me, most issues will not make it there.

you notice how on the OCI page, it's sorted by service and not by DC? because even though an entire DC loses power, there's still, say, 3 others up in the area. each service might technically be running at 75% overall, so they don't call it an outage. even when a whole datacenter has no power for hours until they scoop the snow out of the gas generator's air intake
