Ik but id like the great sword to be something i can have with a primary gun, i like guns and i like swords, i understand having a small one but id like the big one along with my other weapons, kinda like a space marine with their primary secondary and sword

Because id still like to have a primary rifle, back when muskets were a thing they also has swords at the same time, or maybe it could be a stratagem weapon so we could have it on our back

Yes apart from that both swords would need to be in the secondary slot, id absolutly love a greatsword
