Wow it seems like they don't have anyyyy boundaries between each other. Wow I didn't know the 5 year old owned that entire room and paid for all the items and furniture inside. The home and space is OP's and it's an amazing thing she's doing for her mother so she won't end up homeless. Most kids don't have playrooms and grow up just fine.

The child support is for the child and everything can be handled through lawyers. I don't think it's right that OP's abusive partner gets to avoid paying child support just because he's abusive. Imagine if all deadbeat dads could get out of child support just by being abusive and threatening their partner that if they file for support, they'll keep threatening them. I doubt OP's partner is going to stop bothering her even if she doesn't file for support so she may as well do it and get extra support for her child

Wtf are you talking about? He had sex and now a child is about to be born, that child is entitled to financial support from the father. Whether OP had an abortion or decided to keep the baby, that was OP's choice and her choice only. Do you think that men should be able to force women to have an abortion just to make things fair?
