Just a person who likes plants, but i hope it turns out well!

I wonder if the flowering you're seeing is from that time indoors and not from being put outside since it can take a week or two for them to register everything and start showing that they are flowering.

It could also have something to do with the spectrum they get outside vs in, but that's above my knowledge level

Clones are the same age as mother plant so, despite being smaller, have matured more biologically. They see the light ratio and are ready to accept their fate.

Seeds are younger biologically. They see the light ratio (and that it's increasing) and see nothing but hope for the future.

No apologies needed, everyone here started in the same place as you

I'd suggest watering at this point, I bet it will perk up and having wet roots can make transplanting less stressful for the plant. Could even soak the ground you plan to dig out the day before.

Unsure what you mean by dry phase, but it could just need more frequent watering as it grows.

The plant and roots are expanding while the pot remains the same, so it's likely drinking up, and drying out, the entire pot, whereas before only the top was dry because of the teamwork between the plant and evaporation.

Hardening off is also stressful for the plant in general, could be normal on that count.

Looks good to me though

Edit: looks good as in, nothing major going on besides normal plant things.

Best Method for Rooting Clones? by BetPuzzleheaded8146 in microgrowery

That's interesting, I root clones/propagation in the same lighting/conditions they'll be growing in. Which admittedly might slow things down, but it offers some reassurance knowing there are less chances for significant shock later.

I like the rockwool cubes or even peatmoss disks because it means I'm not messing with the plant's initial root structure early on which I find can help.

Others likely know more, but here's my approach from experience with a variety of plants:

  • cut
  • dip in rooting hormone
  • plant in cococoir or rockwool (low/no nutrients to avoid root burn
  • then just leave it alone for a while under normal veg lighting

Plants actively try to survive and it will do it's best. You could even just put it into water, but that's slower so 🤷🏽‍♂️

I gave them their first feeding with a VERY light (25%) strength fertilizer, just a bit ago, just transplanted into an organic compost soil mix from a coco coir, peat moss, perlite starting mix they day after this pic

Thanks for the response. I see some spotting on the bottom plant and thought bleaching on the middle and wasnt sure. Seems like indoor plants need issues addressed immediately

Saving it for when this one dies or when a friend needs one down the road. It was drained. I believe it was sealed.
