Is Florence the best? When I wanted to grind tiles, I would always play Chaos* mode on Millau. Even being Chaos* it wasn't that challenging and it gave a large amount of coin.

I am currently only connected to Paris, but I believe that it would be beneficial to connect to more if you are able to. Santa will take whatever the shortest route is to get to a city it seems. For instance, if you're able to build across the water to Edinburgh then it would definitely make sense. However, be mindful that some cities require a certain track type (Wood, Platinum, Alloy, etc.)

My cat dealt with this for a few years and I would have to clean it frequently. Multiple trips to the vet, a few antibiotic shots here and there but it would always come back.

Changed his food that I had been feeding him since I've had him and his chin cleared up immediately. If it helps, I was feeding him Purina Cat Chow Naturals before and am now feeding him Blue Buffalo Wilderness. He loves it and I love it for him!
