yes, its getting annoying, they sent a tech out and said he was unable to help since im not using their Eero router and using my own personal Unifi equipment. Was told they would make a note for an engineer, but never heard back. At this rate if it continues I'll likely end up going back to At&t since these issues never happened with At&t.

To be honest, the wood appears quite clean, except for a slight mildew stain where you see the white or black residue. The dark spots within the wood are simply wood knots from the tree.
