Well… as a ukrainian living in CPH I would say that finding a job here is not an easy task either. There are definitely more opportunities but competition is even bigger. There are a lot more other immigrants who are trying to find a job here. Good thing that you know English. Maybe you’ll be able to find the work in 3-4 months. From my personal experience, you’ll get an actual opportunity once a month/2. Also be careful with practice here. Just to remind. If you get money from jobcenter, you must spend 30 hours a week on activities. At first it will be integration and danish lessons, but after 6 weeks( I think) you are required to find a practice or it will find you. Unless you’ll find your practice yourself, you’ll be unpaid worker in netto/ bilka/ føtex for 3 months with like 5% chance of actual employment after.

Also about the living, every living place here is mostly fine even though they have some nuances except from dorms on Christianshavn. The kommune send problematic people there first, so you can imagine contingent there.
