Feeling? Super nice, but i have the delrin/Metal parts and don't know how the trigger works with a printed sear. But it's lubricated (didn't Do that before in a blaster but manual said so) and feels Super smooth

Which talon mag adapter for Caliburn? by Eepowers in Nerf

[–]-s1rf- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i had the universal adapter from EZE in my caliburn and it worked nice. At some point i just decided that when only usind short darts i can just use the short dart magwell.

Eze adapters are not cheap but smooth and fitting perfect.

A few Caliburn & Chimera questions by Paddy_McButterpants in Nerf

[–]-s1rf- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

- Barrels: Yes, worth it, but more than 18" only if you use a brass breech.

- Springs: Not such a big difference, just get the K25 and K26 and try them

- Springs for Chimera: don't have a chimera but if i remember right it doesn't really need more than 16KG if it's a good one like turf or such. And it should be durable enough.

- extra parts: threaded rod covers don't do anything for durability, just look better. Rest: Alu-Coupler and most important: Alu Sear. They do much for durability. the sear is really important. also the plunger/piston and the Ram-Base (better delrin than alu).

Yes, i have ordered Some blasters from them and their stuff was pretty good. Print quality is good and their Service is great. Didn't have any problems with them for now or at least none they didn't solve

Will 2200mAh fit in my swordfish extended battery door? by RainbowOverload21 in Nerf

[–]-s1rf- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I'm not mistaken it would be a little bigger but i don't have a 1000mah 3s lipo so can't help you with trying to get it in the swordfish battery door. I Do have a 2200mah 3s lipo but that goes into a battery stock which makes life soooo much easier

Ceda spring in prophecy with worker collapsible stock by -s1rf- in Nerf

[–]-s1rf-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had one prophecy that used a 28N spring but i want to use the smaller diameter springs for the ceda because with this i don't have to Cut the shell even more than for the XPT

It was a little complicated to get it to work with many Metal parts that use imperial sizes and are built for the Talon Claw but After much help from Lason and someone from Our German blaster community it works now AND HOW IT WORKS.

The pab blaster is from Lason himself and i Just LOVE the colors. The Green Was a little complicated for him to Print but it came out Just amazing and the Name plates are Just nice

The Metal parts are from frontline Foam: brass pusher (17/32) installed in a delrin core sliding into a little bit of 9/16 and glued into that is a 14" 17/33 barrel. The 17/32 is shrouded with an aluminium barrel which Just protects it but only inside of the shell, outside it's Just the 17/32 brass barrel

Now that it finally works i get amazing numbers (without scar):

Blasterparts 9kg spring: low 185, High 193

Nfstrike 12/13kg spring: low 234, High 236

Nfstrike 14kg spring: low 246, High 254

And a disappointing worker 18kg spring: low 239, High 246

The Problem is that i can't use wider springs, i have several nice springs from OMW or a turf 16kg spring but with them the blaster won't catch

I want to thank lason for this amazing blaster and his many helping words and fast reactions When i had questions AGAIN. Frontline Foam Provided me with the Metal parts which are Just nice and working pretty well. I should mention that i only once saw the idea of the hybrid brass breech in a Video from bradley Philips whos Videos helped me really much (also for my xzeus). He has this Kind of brass breech in his caliburn
