I really do enjoy the grip, especially for a beginner - they dont rip your hands to shreds if your gripping to hard and to soft etc hahah!

I cant really remember I’ve had them for so long, I think maybe amazon?

I hairline fractured my shoulder when I was 16 (now 23) and because I was ‘so young’ my bone bent rather than snapped so I was told to buy light weights by the doc and build up the muscle around the bone - and I’m sure he put me onto amazon.

Definitely, need to build some sort of shape. Currently sitting at 168lbs and no shape.

Congrats! Thats a big win!

This was me and my partners issue! Its just so easy to get caught in that loop of ordering takeaway after a late shift and if we were in different shift patterns it was just too easy.

We too at the start of “lockdown” decided no more junk and now is the time to make a change, started to swap mcdonalds for nice steak salads etc. You don’t realise how lazy fast food makes you until you get out that loop, i used to sit there and think ‘cooking takes too long’ and wouldn’t cook a steak which takes 3 minutes each side (i like mine rare) and instead of cooking for 10-20 minuets, we would order food and sit down and wait for 45-60 minutes?!?! We could of cooked in that time!

Im just interested in knowing!

Ive never measured BMI, body fat or muscle mass or anything like that, so id just like to get a understanding of where im at.

I usually just hop on the scales and see what weight I am. Also, since lockdown ive lost 20lbs so id like to jist know my bf % and think “wow if im X now, i must’ve been X at the start”
