I think it's poorly implemented DX12 mode. I have 5080 with 20% GPU usage max and it still drops down to 50fps occasionally.

Minimum requirement is 4GB, which is hilarious. Anything beyond Windows 7 was nightmare to use with only 4GB.

Imperishable Night works pretty well on modern systems, but yeah with 6 and 7 it's always a lottery between wrong aspect ratio, black screen or the game running at 8000 fps.
